Greetings and welcome to my website! Throughout this website you find samples of my illustrations and design work. My work has been done professionally, for fun, and for school. Art and design are two of my biggest passions. I love illustrating cartoons, designing logos, restoring old photos for clients, and any other art or design projects that come my way. I have been drawing & designing in some capacity since elementary school.
I professionally illustrated three children's books that were all published in 2009. I am also a member of the Society of Children Book Writers and Illustrators (SCBWI) which helped me to get my foot in the door in illustrating children's books. I have also created drawings and designs, professionally, in the last four years. It truly is a joy to create drawings and designs for my clients, and just an overall positive talent I am so thankful I have.
I completed my Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in 2006. To supplement my degree, I am currently attending night classes to further my knowledge in Adobe Photoshop CS5, Illustrator CS5, InDesign CS5, Dreamweaver CS5 and to also learn HTML coding. My goal is to have a job beginning a career in graphic or art design for an established company, or doing full-time illustration work, or one day even owning my owning my own design firm.
